I’m a big believer in how a tall mirror in a bathroom can heighten the space.
And, yes, I know you can’t see yourself above seven feet unless you’re in the NBA, but...a tall mirror reflects light and other beautiful objects in the room, as well as visually increases the volume. I have stated this heartily HERE.
I’ve actually had clients take my design plans and have their contractors shorten their mirrors, aside from me. (For shame. ;-) So, when I saw these going mainstream, with Restoration Hardware, I had to laugh — and...well...tell you.
