Hot Home Design Finds From HPMKT Fall 2025!

November 08, 2025 in Decorating, Furniture, Inspiration, Products, Shopping, Trending

These items I’m sharing today are some design finds I noticed were really popular and somewhat prolific at High Point Market.

You might just see your next must-have item among the selections below!

Game Tables

So many game tables! I am guessing that Mah Jong has had a lot to do with this, but tabletop games in general must be super popular these days.

Almost every showroom that had a square table, had one set up for games.

What a perfect set up for Mah Jong at the Chaddock showroom.

Here’s a table from Wildwood, these can be painted any Benjamin Moore color for a completely different look.

Rounded corners are nice on this game table from Highland House.

I like the little drawer and the drink holder on this game table from Hooker. LOVE these chairs.

Fairfield Chair had two game table set ups.

Cute painted finish game table from Hickory Chair.

Love the drink holders. They always come in handy. This table from Woodbridge.

Here’s a counter height table and chairs from Hickory Chair.

A cute rattan table used for a game or puzzle from Red Egg.

Extra Large Coffee Tables

A few years ago, there was a giant sectional trend at High Point Market. I mean, huge sectionals that would not fit in normal houses. They might have made a big visual impact in a showroom, but they were impractical for most homes.

You should check out my post I did back then and see these monsters, linked above.

Well, now we’ve moved on to huge coffee tables. :-)

I actually see more use for these than I do for sectionals. Often, there is a overly wide space in the middle of the room created by a big fireplace or a view to the tv, etc.

A great solution is to add multiple coffee tables, like a group of two that overlap or I’ve seen three or four, but I noticed at market this season, that there were a lot of oversized coffee tables.

Here were some I noticed.

This table from Revelation was 58” x 54”.

This is a 66” square coffee table from Woodbridge.

51” square w/a marble top.

52” square w/a dark emperador marble top from Gabby.

There were more of these, I just didn’t get photos!

Tapestries and Tapestry Type Fabrics

Tapestries really remind me of the faux Tuscan look and a more traditional style. I’m not loving these too much, especially those pillows, below.

Ask your grandma if she ever had a tapestry wall hanging. :-)

These tapestry-covered modern, curvy chairs were an interesting vibe in the Eicholz showroom. Definitely a newer look from the bouclé fabric on everything a few markets back.

Framed tapestry fabrics from Loloi.

I did love this find, below, a scenic landscape printed on a super soft and pliable rug type textile. This is from Fine and Dandy, a wallcovering company that is starting to print on textiles to make tapestries. They have a more modern and fresh look to them overall.

Scroll down to the next photo to see one of the pieces draped over a bed.

Mushrooms as a Design Motif

These stone mushrooms would look amazing in garden, from Schwung Home.

Tall, colorful mushrooms from Jonathan Adler.

Scallops are Still Going Strong

Scalloped edges have been everywhere in retail these days and I still see it coming on strong for now.

A scalloped edge ottoman from Hooker’s new Margaritaville collection.

This wood table was made more interesting with a scalloped edge at TOV.

Momeni Rugs had these pretty rugs, perfect for a ”Grandma Chic” room.

Fairfield Chair ottoman with scalloped edge

Scalloped edge tables and chair skirts in the Mr. and Mrs. Howard Collection at Sherrill Furniture.

One-off Items

These items caught my eye and deserve a mention, for sure.

An armoire-type cabinet with a tv! Sherrill Furniture

An arm rest drink caddy, from Eicholz. (Sort of like a clip-on earring for a sofa. :-)

Cute desk from Revelation.

Small, round wood-framed art from Schwung Home.

Loved these zellige-tiled pedestals. Likely very heavy, but these were on casters!

Interesting to see these mirrors painted with designs and patterns. From Leftbank Art.

I have more of the “makers” type products to share in another post to come, like this one I did last market. So fun! I love to find new, creative products.

I’m here today to share an emerging design trend I noticed at HPMKT. This one has been around for a bit, but it seemed to be coming on strong this season.
