I've been doing some scouring of outdoor furnishings on the internet recently for clients. It's that time of year when we all start thinking of summer, barbecues, and all kinds of outdoor living activities.
I have been recalling my trips to LA a few years ago, seeing the gorgeous outdoor spaces of the Pasadena Showcase House of Design, the Malibu home tour, and the Dwell on Design home tours.
I'm really in the mood to get some decks, patios, and outdoor spaces ready to entertain. I have a glimpse of some of those fabulous outdoor living environments below, to get you in the mood for some outdoor living!

The New American Home shown during KBIS 2023 had a lovely zen courtyard at the front entry.
The outdoor spaces in The New American Home and The New American Remodel at KBIS 2019 also had inspiring outdoor living features and furnishings.
This outdoor space in the 2020 New American Remodel had some fabulous modern features. A firepit table is such a draw to an outdoor space.
If you are more of a wine country person, then you will love the gardens and outdoor living spaces surrounding this Airbnb in Sonoma we stayed in two years ago. It was just magical!
This airbnb we stayed at in the Texas hill country had a lovely outdoor space. I spent my mornings here sipping coffee around the firepit.
It had a great cooking area too.
And it was spectacular at night. Love all the landscape lighting they did to enhance the property. This place was designed to enjoy the outdoors!
This lovely outdoor space from one of my projects is just the right size for outdoor living.

I've found some interesting items, below, to share with you for your outdoor living.
Some are very practical, some......rather outrageous and luxurious. All of them spell one thing to me.
SUMMER FUN.
Is your back yard ready for outdoor entertaining this summer?
I could use a refresh on some of my outdoor furnishings. Not sure I would enjoy losing at ping pong, but a daybed might be nice. :-)
And this balcony, below, divine!
