I’ve been looking over all the info and images from my kitchen appliance brand immersion experience from Signature Kitchen Suites, attended last week.

Wow, was it a great trip!

Not only did we learn a lot about these beautiful appliances, but we had some special Napa experiences that I’ll be sharing later on.

Let me give you a little bit of backstory.

Signature Kitchen Suites is a relatively new brand of kitchen appliances, but their parent company is LG Electronics.

Hardly a newcomer to this industry, LG is truly dialed in to technology and the integration of Smart Technology with appliances, the very real future of cooking in a modern kitchen.

The SKS brand is their new luxury version of kitchen appliances.

This brand is not only putting smart technology to work in these appliances effectively, but they are designing these products for people who love to cook, who also might enjoy experimenting a bit in the kitchen.

SKS has dubbed this type of cook a “Technicurean.”

“….forward-thinking cooks, combining their passion for food with their appreciation for innovation.”

An owner of one of these appliances is not afraid to try some new techniques and cooking styles. They would appreciate the flexibility that a range like this one, below, might bring to their kitchen.

48” Dual Fuel Pro Range w/ Induction And Sous Vide Cooking

I have to say, this is really the star of the Signature Kitchen Suites Appliances offerings.

The top incorporates sous vide cooking on the left side, gas in the middle, and induction cooking on the right side.

There is a steam oven and a true convection oven.

Pretty much everything you could want in one package, right? :-)

This appliance just won the Kitchen Gold Award at KBIS 2019 this past February.

It was great fun to see this appliance put to use by a professional chef from CREA, in the fabulous SKS Appliances Experience and Design Center demonstration kitchen.

Here’s another pic, below, of the 48” dual fuel range with a hood. Love how the dials are lit up for ease of viewing.

Here’s an important feature of this range……it has a 10 minute self-cleaning cycle!

This is new technology having to do with the interior finish of the oven and no one else on the market has this speed cleaning feature now.

You gotta love a 10 minute speed cleaning oven! Especially on a kitchen range with as much versatility as this one from SKS Appliances, featuring gas, induction, and sous vide!

Wine Refrigeration

Another appliance that I particularly enjoyed learning about was their wine refrigeration.

After all, we were in Napa, right? Wine was on the mind!

These beautiful refrigeration towers can be combined to accommodate any kind of wine storage needs.

The darkened UV filtered glass doors, the linear compressor designed to protect against vibration, and the dual evaporators that maintain steady, moderate humidity, make these wine refrigeration units top notch.

They come in 24” or 18” widths, and have beautiful wood racks with chamfered corners, giving a precious bottle of wine the cradling it deserves. :-)

These units are designed to hold a maximum number of bottles within, incorporating various sizes most effectively.

Here was a gorgeous wall of wine refrigeration in their conference room where, one evening, they surprised us with an amazing cupcake dessert table!

Oh my…..I saw one of these LG OLED tvs at the Pasadena Showcase House last year and the picture is unbelievable!!!

Not only that, but check out how it is wafer thin and lightweight, with the mounting device inset into the wall. It basically pops on the wall with a magnet.

LG Styler

If you’ve seen some of my previous reports from KBIS, you know that I love this LG appliance, the Styler.

It steams your clothes in a quick cycle, so that you don’t have to iron!

Display Kitchens At The Experience And Design Center

I always love a checking out a nice kitchen vignette. These were scattered throughout the center and were beautiful, innovative and forward-thinking in design.

Hmmm…..just what SKS Appliances had in mind for their brand. Right?
