One trend that stood out to me this year at KBIS 2019 was the color black on faucets and plumbing fixtures.
I loved how this bathroom remodel turned out last year that I shared here on my blog, where we used black faucets and fixtures.
It just gave the bathroom an edgy, fresh appeal and provided some striking punctuation in the space. I was so glad the homeowners were excited to use the black finish.

Black Faucets Seen At KBIS
I remember at KBIS, the national kitchen and bath show, several years ago, seeing an influx of new faucet designs from various manufacturers in a beautiful matte black finish.
Here’s a beautiful example from Brizo, designed by Jason Wu, seen at KBIS 2017.
These two bathrooms, below, were part of the home tour of Pardee’s homes for millennials designed by Bobby Berk from KBIS 2016.
Looks like the black faucets and fixtures trend is sticking since I saw so many new ones out on display at KBIS 2019.
These below are from Kohler.
These black faucets are from Brizo.
Even more were seen all around the show floor. Love the mixed metals on the Riobel faucet.
Here is a gorgeous matte black copper molded sink vanity with a black faucet. That sink vanity is from Thompson Traders. So sleek!
The great thing about all these new black finishes is that they are available at varying price points, so you don’t have to have a high end budget to get this cool look.
I think this trend is here to stay. Whether your look is farmhouse, contemporary, urban loft, or California casual, black faucets can add just that punch that your bathroom needs to bring it up to date.
I’ve shared some below I’ve found, that are available now.
