I promised you more sneak peeks from the Pasadena Showcase House featuring the upstairs rooms and this sweeeeeet guest house. There's so much to see in this spectacular home, you will love this look inside!
I so enjoyed this tour and I know you will too. All the designers did an amazing job and really brought so much attention and skill to the project. It is such a pleasure to share their hard work and achievement here with my readers.
I hope you all visit their websites to see more of their work and then, of course, visit the Pasadena Showcase House of Design to see it all in person!
Master Bedroom And Bath - Pasadena Showcase House
The master bedroom and bath were designed by Parker West Interiors. This second floor retreat features a beautiful bathroom with this luxurious space for the tub that was formerly a closet.
This beautiful tile inlay pattern by Saxum Tile Design Studio was featured in the bathroom vestibule. Love the warmth of the antique piece that the designer featured in the space too.
Traveler's Room - Pasadena Showcase House
Parker West Interiors also designed the Traveler's Room and bath. It showcased a global look with two daybeds, sumptuous pillows, and an interesting art collection.
The bathroom featured a mirror hung over a window which I happen to love and have written a post about before. (Take a look at that beautiful tile in the mirror!)
Lots of special detailing went into this house and it really shows.
Modern Man's Retreat - Pasadena Showcase House
This masculine space was designed by Xander Noori. I love the big mirror and then the charcoal envelope of the space.
There were so many interesting and thoughtful details here, all the way down to the book, American Bar by William Yeoward, peeking out of the worn leather bag on the floor. You will love seeing this space in person!
Laundry room - Pasadena Showcase House
Even the laundry room got some expert design attention from Kirsten Acevedo of borderLESS design.
I love the vibrant color and special art she included in this room. The special ceiling treatment and bubbles light fixture add such a custom touch.
Balcony Hallway - Pasadena Showcase House
This key wall that overlooked the grand entry featured an incredible piece of art by Adam Berg.
Media Room - Pasadena Showcase House
The media room, designed by Janet Sanchez of JS Design + Create, was ready to roll for a movie night. Love the wall pattern and all that fabulous seating.
Teen Girl Bedroom - Pasadena Showcase House
Love this sweet bedroom designed by Jeanne K. Chung. As the designer and shop owner of Cozy, Stylish, Chic in Pasadena, Jeanne really knows how to style and accessorize a room. What teen girl wouldn't love to have this beautiful space!
au Paire Suite - Pasadena Showcase House
Another beautiful bedroom upstairs, the Au Paire Suite, designed by Rozita Nazarian, featured more feminine luxury with art and lovely furnishings.
I love the modern light fixture here and how it contrasts with the home's paneled traditional doors. Another example of how these designers married the Mediterranean architecture of this house with a more clean-lined and contemporary style.
Guest House - Pasadena House of Design
Now, for that lovely little guest house. Designed by Stephanie Leese and Jason Lai of L2 Interiors, this interior boasts a dramatic black tiled wall in the kitchen and some luxury furnishings and materials. I don't think any guest would ever feel slighted here!
Check out my post about the first floor of this beautiful showcase home and be sure to get your tickets right here!
