I’ve got bookshelf styling and beautiful bookshelves on my mind as I’m working on two styling projects right now. While all the “stuff” is fun to collect, if you don’t have built-ins, then you will need some bookcases or etageres. These are nice “extra” pieces of furniture to have, whether you need them or not.

I watched a few home design shows recently where the boomer-and-older generation was the client age group and honestly, I found some of the design ideas to be really not fitting for this older population.
