One way to make a very small bathroom grow, visually, is with mirrors.
(But we all knew that already, didn’t we? ;-)
Personally, I love an exceptionally tall mirror in a space, because it adds height and feels luxurious. I love a horizontal mirror too, especially when we are trying to achieve a zen or modern look in a bathroom.
But in a really small space...
Taking that mirror over the toilet as well as the sink — for example: in a powder room, or a small bath where a head knocker cabinet is not required — can really open things up and make that small bathroom seem bigger.
I did it in this bachelor’s first home (right). because he had a small master bath and really wanted a lot of mirror in there.
Do you have a tiny bathroom you wish was BIGGER?
If knocking down a wall to expand its space isn't an option, you should definitely consider taking a mirror over the toilet. You'll be totally satisfied with the results you get. ;-)
