This is the last long weekend for a while ;-(
This means that last summer bar-b-que and lazy day by the pool needs to happen soon, before the fall sets in, because school and work schedules are about to be back in full swing.
This is also a good time to think about how you would design that outdoor living area during the “off” season, especially if that folding chair and dinky umbrella have seen its best days come and go.
During the cooler months, service and lead times are much better for manufacturers of outdoor living products, so you should start planning now for the outdoor space your family will enjoy when summer rolls around again.
In the shopping list featured below...
I’ve included some comfy seating, a nice table and tray for those delightful drinks you serve up poolside, and a snappy nautical color scheme to bring the ocean to your backyard!
Get your credit card ready - it's time to buy some extra summertime fun before fall arrives AND be prepared for next year's season in the sun!

I kind of love Vegas, even though I don't gamble at all, not even one slot machine! I don't know why, maybe because I come from humble beginnings in small town Texas, and the bright lights and big city opulence is kind of fascinating to me.
I took my husband this time and we met my daughter there for the weekend. I've got a few pics of some of glam and glitz of Vegas and then more on my market finds, below.
Some of my favorite items to lay my eyeballs on in person at market is art. It's just joyful for me, to walk through these showrooms lined wall to wall, floor to ceiling with art.
Today, I'm sharing some of my faves and you will see, there is something for everyone here. Traditionalists, Millennials, Entomologists......well, you'll see.
